Budget (£5000): Awareness & Promotion – £1200 (posters, social media, announcements) Clean-Up Drives – £1500 (equipment, refreshments, logistics) Dustbins – £1000 (purchase & installation) Workshops & Schools – £800 (sessions, materials) Miscellaneous – £500 (transport, coordination, emergencies) Key Activities: Awareness campaigns via social media and local outreach Weekly volunteer clean-up drives (one area per week) School sessions to educate students Community engagement to report dumping Collaboration with authorities for waste collection Timeline (3 Months): Month 1: Planning & awareness Month 2: Clean-up drives & school programs Month 3: Continued activities & evaluation Expected Outcomes: Cleaner streets, reduced dumping, increased awareness, and stronger citizen-authority coordination.
